What we collect
The only personal data this site collects directly is what you give us through the Start a Project enquiry form: your name, email address, and message, plus — only if you choose to share them — company name, website, phone number, project timeline, budget range, and preferred contact method. We also record which page you submitted the form from and, for spam prevention only, your IP address and the time you took to fill in the form.
We do not use advertising trackers, and this site does not currently run any analytics platform (see Cookies below).
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to deliver that work. We never sell or rent your information to third parties. A copy of every submission is stored in our database so we can follow up and keep a record of past enquiries — including ones we flag as likely spam, which are kept (not silently deleted) so the filtering itself stays auditable, but are not acted on.
Where it's stored and who else sees it
Submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database we operate ourselves. Notification and acknowledgement emails are sent through our own mail server. This site is served through Cloudflare, which sits in front of all traffic for performance and security — Cloudflare may process connection-level data (such as your IP address) as part of that service, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We don't otherwise share your data with third parties.
How long we keep it

Your rights
