Problem
Autohaus Trucks' website, the MAN truck and bus dealership in Namibia, ran on an ageing WordPress and page-builder setup that was getting heavier and harder to maintain. The dealership needed to keep its used vehicle stock and news current without developer help, and to be sure that every enquiry, whether for a vehicle, a service booking or parts, actually reached the team.
Idea
Give the dealership a site built around its daily work: staff manage vehicles and news themselves, customers find what they need quickly, and every enquiry lands in one inbox with an instant alert to the team. Keep the MAN brand and dealer look exactly as customers know it.
Build
A custom dealer platform with used vehicle listings, detailed specifications and image galleries, plus separate sections for news, promotions and videos. A secure staff admin manages all of it. Four enquiry forms — vehicles, service bookings, parts and general contact — feed a central inbox, where a spam filter separates real leads from junk without ever discarding anything, and genuine enquiries trigger an email alert the dealership can reply to directly.
Result
The dealership now updates its own stock and news, and no enquiry gets lost: every lead is stored, filtered and sent straight to the team's inbox. Behind it, the site monitors itself and recovers automatically if it stops responding, and it's backed up nightly with encrypted offsite copies, tested by actually restoring them.
